ACHTUNG!!! Auf der Höhe des Gasthauses “Waldsee” ist zurzeit aufgrund einer größeren Baustelle eine Hauptverkehrsader ganz gesperrt! Vor allem Besucher aus Östlicher Richtung kommend (B31 Donaueschingen-Freiburg) werden deswegen selbst mit einem Navigator vermutlich etwas Probleme bekommen das “Waldsee” zu finden.

Besucher aus genannter Richtung wird empfohlen entweder kurz vor Einfahrt in den Stadttunnel, die Ausfahrt “Littenweiler/ Kappel/ Stadion” zu benutzen und sich dann vom Navigator weiterleiten zu lassen.

Sollten Sie keinen Navigator besitzen folgen sie bitte folgenden Anweisungen:

Fahren Sie bis zur Stadteinfahrt durch den gesamten Stadttunnel durch und bewegen sich beim Verlassen des Tunnels sofort auf die Linkeste Spur, wo sie bei der nächsten Ampel gleich einen “U-Turn” vornehmen  (zurück in die Gegenrichtung fahren). Achten sie darauf dass sie keineswegs nun wieder in den Stadttunnel zurückfahren, sondern folgen sie der LINKEN Beschilderung richtung “Stadion” und umfahren somit linkerhand den Stadttunnel. Sie fahren nun einer Shell Tankstelle, und nach ca. 600 m einem Einkaufszemtrum namens “Z O” vorbei. Unmittelbar nach diesem Einkaufszentrum folgt eine Kreuzung. Fahren sie hier SCHARFRECHTS  ab (keinesfalls halbrechts!). Folgen Sie nun der Strasse, überqueren sie einen Bahnübergang, wo die Strasse eine scharfe Linkskurve macht. 100 meter weiter befindet sich auf der rechten Seite (Strassenauffahrt) das “Waldsee”.

In case you have a navigation system, then you only have to type the address >> Waldseestrasse 84, in Freiburg. Your navigation system should find it without any problems.

In Case you don´t have a navigation and you are arriving from the A5 Motorway, then just follow this description:

Follow simply the signs from the A5 Motorway and take the exit “Freiburg Mitte”

Then simply follow all the way through straight ahead following the singn to “Donaueschingen”. You will pass through the whole city.

You only have to take attention at the beginning of the city-tunnel!! DON´T EVER DRIVE INTO THE CITY-TUNNEL!!! In this case you will leave the city and you have to turn all the way back, through a complicadet diversion!  So stay weak at this point and stay on the LEFT LANE and drive AROUND THE TUNNEL by following the sign to the “Stadion” to the LEFT!.

After done this one, You will see a “Shell” Gas station on your right side. Then simply go straight ahead. You will pass by a shopping-center called “ZO”. Right after this shopping center, take at the next cross the street to the SHARP RIGHT.

Follow this street ca. 100 meter. You will cross a railway. Right after the street makes a sharp left curve. After another 100 meter the “Waldsee” is on your right side.

Als allgemeine Information: Das “Waldsee” ist ein schönes Restaurant mit einer Festhalle und einem großen Biergarten. Alle Bandauftritte finden demnach ausschließlich DRINNEN im Konzertsaal des Gasthauses statt, und nicht “Open Air” wie bereits von vielen Gästen missverstanden! Kümmert Euch also keineswegs falls das Wetter nicht mitspielen sollte: Wir rocken das Haus so oder so…!

Just for general information: The whole venue “Waldsee” is a beautifull Restaurant with a large Dancehall (Indoor) and a large “beergarden” (Outdoor). All performances will take place INSIDE the venue and not “open Air” as missunderstood from some crowd.

In this case don´t ever mind about some bad weather: we will rock the house anyway!
